888 AFRICA is a new online gambling venture, backed by one of the world's biggest players, 888 Holdings Plc. We are focused on the huge growth opportunity in online gambling in a number of territories within Africa. We are operational in several territories from the end of 2022.
We are looking for a dynamic and inspiring individual with a massive can-do attitude and huge personal ambitions to join us and lead our CRM initiative. As a new start-up, the successful candidate will be able to build, shape and mould the strategy and ways of working and ultimately put their own personal mark on the function and the company as a whole.
Responsibilities and Duties
- The CRM Manager will have the following responsibilities and duties:
- Implementation of a CRM strategic framework covering all markets, channels and devices
- Optimise customer segmentation to reflect our customer’s needs, wishes and dreams
- Responsible for CRM KPIs, ROIs and setting of targets
- Track marketing metrics and trends
- Continue to seek innovative ways to maximise the conversion funnel, retention and reactivation.
- Work closely with Trading, Product, Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, VIP functions to optimise customer LTVs
- Be prepared to travel from time to time to the African continent
Qualification and Skills
- At least 3 years’ experience in CRM
- Experience in online gambling businesses preferable but not required.
- Be able to work across numerous languages (English, Portuguese, Swahili, French)
- Strong communication, analytical and presentation skills
- Ability to create strong relationships within the CRM team, the wider business and customers
