Our client is looking for an experienced Energy & Carbon Consultant to join their well-established specialist Energy and Carbon Consultancy. The role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to work with large organisations to save costs, reduce carbon, and optimise energy usage.
To be considered for this Senior Energy & Carbon Consultant role you will have;
BSc/MSc degree in Sustainability, Energy, Environmental, or similar
Relevant experience in a similar role
Knowledge of UK carbon compliance schemes
Experience of energy management strategies and carbon reduction plans
Experience of carrying out industrial energy audits to ISO 50001 or PAS 16247
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Full UK driving licence
Brilliant time management and organisational skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Excellent analytical and report writing skills
Qualified ESOS Lead Assessor & Chartered Engineer
Working as a Senior Energy & Carbon Consultant you will;
Plan, and coordinate carbon management projects
Build client relationships and provide strategic advice to clients
Support junior members of staff
Compile emissions monitoring reports and ESOS auditing
Assist with client's energy reduction projects to ensure compliance with legislative requirements
Support with a wide range of projects associated with ESOS, SECR, ISO 50001, UK ETS and ESG
